Those providers frequently accept or defer every address at the mail-server level regardless of whether the mailbox actually exists, so we genuinely cannot confirm them the way we can with Gmail and most other providers. We disclose this rather than guess — a confident-sounding wrong answer is worse than an honest "we don't know," and unknown results are never charged.
