Credits never expire

Because purchased credits never expire, most concerns about "wasting" a purchase don't apply — if a list didn't need every credit you bought, the rest are still there for your next one.

Refunds

We consider refund requests for unused credits at our discretion. Credits already spent verifying rows in a completed job are not refundable, since the work was performed. To request a refund, email us at the address below with your account email and the reason for the request.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we can usually resolve billing questions faster than a card dispute, and it avoids the delay and fees a chargeback involves for both of us.
